How Done-it began
Built by someone who needed it
The founder of Done-it previously ran a painting company. Every day the same problem: no affordable, practical solution to track hours for teams working across multiple locations. Every option was either too expensive, too complex or needed hardware that didn't make sense for a small on-site crew.
So he built Done-it — an app-based alternative that works from the smartphones your team already carries. No terminals, no card readers, no IT project. Just a tap to check in, hours linked to the right project, and a clean export at month-end.
